Context – What is a cookie?

A cookie is a text file containing a small amount of information that is installed on your computer or mobile device when you first visit a website. We use cookies to improve the way our site works for our users. Cookies perform a number of functions: for example, they enable you to navigate smoothly between pages, remember your preferences and generally improve the user experience. You can find out more about cookies at the following site:

By using our website, you authorise us to install cookies on your device. This policy is designed to explain how we use these cookies and what they do.

Tracking cookie

These cookies collect information about visitors’ use of the website, the pages most frequently visited and error messages received. The information collected is anonymous and helps us to improve the operation of our site. It cannot be used to identify the individuals concerned.

The tracking cookies we use are provided by third party companies, however we retain control over how the data is used. Please see below for further details:

We use cookies provided by Google Analytics to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to understand how visitors use our site. This information allows us to see which pages are most popular, which products our customers are most interested in and what type of offers they prefer. Although it is Google Analytics that records the information provided by the site for us, we control the use of the data. If you do not wish to participate in the improvement of our website, our products, our offers and our marketing strategy, you can deactivate this website analysis tool by clicking on the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr

Functionality cookies

These cookies enable us to remember the choices you have made (for example: your user name, your language or the region in which you are located) and to offer you better personalised functionalities. For example, we install a cookie on your computer or mobile device on your first visit to identify your country and language (if applicable). The information collected by these cookies does not enable us to track your activity on the other sites you visit.

Cookies/Targeted pixels or advertising cookies

These cookies collect information about your Internet browsing habits in order to offer you advertising that is tailored to you and corresponds to your areas of interest. They also make it possible to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and help us to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. They are generally installed by advertising networks with the authorisation of the website operator. They remember visits to a site and share this information with other companies (advertisers, for example). Targeted or advertising cookies are often linked to site functionalities provided by the partner company.

Is the information up to date?

Our website is updated regularly. This policy will be updated if new cookies are set or settings are changed.

Our website contains links to other sites, and we do not know which cookies are used by these sites. To find out more, please consult the information provided by these third-party sites on their own cookies.

“Free for life” – definition

In the FeedMax platform offer, the expression “free for life” means:

  • as long as Google maintains its CSS program,
  • as long as the Provider continues to operate the current version of the service,
  • and as long as the Client complies with these terms of use.

This free access applies only to the current version of the service, as made available on the date of subscription.

If the Provider launches a new version, it will make every effort to maintain the current version at no additional cost to the Client.

No guarantee of continuity

The FeedMax CSS User Client acknowledges that:

  • the technology and access to the CSS depend exclusively on Google,
  • Google may modify or discontinue its CSS program at any time,
  • FeedMax may also suspend or discontinue the service for technical, legal, or strategic reasons.

In the event of service discontinuation by Google or the Provider, the Client will not be entitled to any compensation, as the FeedMax CSS service is provided free of charge.

In the event of service discontinuation, the Provider will make every effort to inform the Client as soon as possible.
